  Live-in Home Support Services

 

    IJN will provide your loved one's unique needs with 24-hour support.

 

    IJN Live In-Home Support Services provides residents with daily- medication nursing services, proper hygiene           care, nutritious  meals, laundry, doctor appointment scheduling, regularly scheduled activities and outings and            resident transport.

    Also, IJN residents will become part of the community, where they are supported with take part in many of the              community activities while developing a positive routine.

    IJN Child and Adult Care Centers provide:

• Community Residential Services- (IJN In-Home) Locations 

• Skilled Nursing Services (RN and LPN)

• Respite In-Home Services  

• Community Living Support In- Home Services (Checked and Vetted)

• Community Access- Day Program (Group or Individual)

• Companion Sitter Services (Checked and Vetted)

• Medical Supplies Services

• Medical Equipment Services

• Vehicle Adaptation- (Limited Mobility)

 Nursing 

  IJN understand our residents' unique needs and health care needs. We are committed to those needs by              

  providing compassionate and skilled RN and LPN nursing services for our residents.

 Specialist Services

  IJN provides CLS In-Home services (Community Living Supports) to its clients with a greater level of need

  than standard home care to remain in the community and live in an independent setting. For individuals that meet

  this level of need, they can to live in a house or apartment with up to 3 roommates. Individual can manage their

  day-to-day activities with the comfort of knowing that a certified caregiver is in the home per contract to

  assist with activities of daily living such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. For more
